160 Russian scholarships for Jordanian students

Amman, Jan 23 (Petra) — The Russian Cultural Center in Amman said Monday that 160 scholarships are open for Jordanian students to study in Russian universities and colleges for the academic year 2023/24, for undergraduate (bachelor) degrees and postgraduate (master’s or PhD).

“As part of the Russian government scholarships program, Russian universities and institutes offer 160 scholarships in various educational majors and levels (bachelor’s, specialization, postgraduate studies (master’s, PhD), and that the deadline for application is February 20,” said Alexei Bukin, director of the center.

To apply for a scholarship, enter the website: education-in-russia.com, enter the data (full name, phone number, email address, etc.) and choose the major (medical specializations are included in this category with a study period of 5 years), he said.

Bukin explained that those applying should choose five universities in which majors are taught, pointing out that to ensure that a university is recognized in Jordan, this can be done through the website; (http://rce.mohe.gov.jo/en/RecognizedUniversities).
