Riyadh, September 12, 2023, SPA — The Foreign Affairs Committee of the Shura Council, led by Council Member and Chairman Dr. Fayez bin Abdullah Al-Shehri, held a meeting today with a delegation of members of the House of the People of the Federal Republic of Somalia led by Chair of Foreign Affairs Committee Abdillahi Bidhan Warsame, who is currently visiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed areas of cooperation between the two countries and ways to enhance and support them, especially with regard to parliamentary cooperation between the Shura Council and the Somali House of the People. They also discussed a number of issues of common interest.
