Vienna, May 22, 2023, SPA — The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi, met here today with the Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Helga Schmid.
During the meeting, they discussed the latest developments in the regional and international arenas, as well as several other issues.
The GCC Secretary General praised the work of the OSCE in uniting international efforts, especially in light of the current crises in the region, through its role in strengthening international security, establishing partnerships, and building multiple mechanisms for dialogue.
He expressed his aspirations to enhance cooperation and dialogue between the GCC and OSCE on various basic issues.
