Abha, September 19, 2023, SPA — The General Directorate of Narcotics Control (GDNC) in Asir Region arrested two Indian nationals for attempting to smuggle 126 kilograms of khat. The GDNC referred the individuals to concerned agencies.
The Security agencies are calling on the public to report any information concerning drug smuggling or promotion by calling 911 in Makkah, Riyadh, the Eastern Province and 999 in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions. They can also contact the General Directorate of Narcotics Control by calling 995 or email: 995@gdnc.gov.sa. All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality.
