Israeli Forces Arrest 6 Palestinians, Settlers Storm Al-Aqsa Mosque

Occupied Jerusalem, January 25 (QNA) – Israeli occupation forces arrested Wednesday six Palestinians in separate areas of the West Bank as Israeli forces and dozens of settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and the Marwani Mosque.

According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), the arrestees included two brothers from the town of Beit Ummar in Hebron Governorate, two young men from Bethlehem, one of whom is a freed prisoner, and two other young men from the town of Silwad, east of Ramallah.

Under heavy protection from the occupation forces, the Israeli settlers stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa from the Mughrabi Gate, and performed Talmudic prayers and chanted racist slogans in front of the worshipers, until they left it from the Chain Gate, WAFA cited local sources.
