Dammam, March 16, 2023, SPA — King Fahd International Airport continued its progress in its achievements, receiving one of the top positions in the world’s top 100 airports after announcing the results of the Skytrax assessment, which took part in more than 500 airports worldwide during the Passenger Terminal EXPO, held yesterday in Amsterdam.
According to the results of the assessment, the airport registered a new achievement, advancing to 44th position in the top 100 airports in the world, winning first position as the best regional airport in the Middle East, and fifth position as the best airport in the world in the international airport category (5-10 million passengers), in addition, ranking sixth in the Middle East in the category of best airport staff, seventh in the Middle East best airport rankings, ninth among the world’s best regional airports and seventh in the Middle East cleanest airport rankings.
