Kuwait, Jan. 24, 2023, SPA — The State of Kuwait has condemned and denounced in the strongest terms the tearing of a copy of the Holy Quran by an extremist in The Hague, Netherlands, one more provocative step coming only one day after a blatant similar behavior in Sweden.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated that such behavior agitates feelings of Muslims all over the world, calling on the world community to double their efforts and take responsibility to stop such deliberate insults and repeated acts.
