Holder of a postgraduate diploma in journalism from France, center de formation et de perfectionnement des journalistes et l’institut francais de presse, after a bachelor’s degree in journalism and news agencies from the Faculty of Information and Documentation at the Lebanese University in Fanar in 1995, and a baccalaureate degree, second section – philosophy, from a school Frere Mont LaSalle – Ain Saadeh.
From 1995 until his appointment, he held the position of editor-in-chief and specialist journalist at the National Information Agency at the Ministry of Information.
He held the position of editorial secretary in the political localities department at An-Nahar newspaper from 1999 until 2019, in addition to writing investigations and articles in the same newspaper since 1995.
He held the position of editorial secretary in the Kuwaiti newspaper “Al-Rai Al-Aam” – Beirut office in 1997-1998, and in the weekly “Al-Hiwar” magazine in 2000.
