– Mr. Fouad Arif is holder of a diploma of Higher Specialized Studies from the King   Fahd Higher School of Translation in Tangier, obtained in 1993.

– Began his career as a journalist at MAP Agency, which he joined in 1994 before serving various positions of responsibility within the same Agency, i.e. international editor-in-chief.

– Was appointed head of the Agency’s office in Paris then in Washington as director of the North America pole.

– Mr. Fouad Arif, was elected in 2018 as secretary general of the National Press Club (NPC) in Washington, D.C., one of the most prestigious press organizations in the world, founded in 1908, He was advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates since 2019,

Born on August 23, 1972 in Kassine – Jezzine district.
Holder of a postgraduate diploma in journalism from France, center de formation et de perfectionnement des journalistes et l’institut francais de presse, after a bachelor’s degree in journalism and news agencies from the Faculty of Information and Documentation at the Lebanese University in Fanar in 1995, and a baccalaureate degree, second section – philosophy, from a school Frere Mont LaSalle – Ain Saadeh.
From 1995 until his appointment, he held the position of editor-in-chief and specialist journalist at the National Information Agency at the Ministry of Information.
He held the position of editorial secretary in the political localities department at An-Nahar newspaper from 1999 until 2019, in addition to writing investigations and articles in the same newspaper since 1995.
He held the position of editorial secretary in the Kuwaiti newspaper “Al-Rai Al-Aam” – Beirut office in 1997-1998, and in the weekly “Al-Hiwar” magazine in 2000.
He supervised editing and translation of monthly and weekly magazines and social publications, and reviewed political books, journalistic studies, and literary and religious books.
He prepared and presented the program “Zallat Qalam” in 2017 on Radio Lebanon.

Mr. Buhejji has held many senior positions since joining the Ministry of Information Affairs over the past ten years, where he started as Head of the Marketing Department at the Information Affairs Authority, and was appointed Director of the Communication and Marketing Department at the Ministry of Information Affairs in 2013. He also held the position of Director of the Human and Financial Resources Department in 2017 AD until he was appointed Director General of the Bahrain News Agency in March 2019 AD. Mr. Buhijji worked in the banking sector before joining the public sector.
