NWC Signs MoU with WhiteHelmet to Activate 4G Tech in Remote Monitoring of Project Performance and Progress

Riyadh, May 24, 2023, SPA — The National Water Company (NWC) and the Digital Scanning Company for Information Technology (WhiteHelmet) signed yesterday a memorandum of understanding aimed at enabling follow-up on infrastructure of water and environmental projects, and monitoring their performance and the progress of fieldwork remotely to contribute to improving business outputs.
The MoU was signed during the Future Projects Forum, held in Riyadh from May 22 to 23. NWC Vice President for Projects and Technical Services Sector Eng. Mansour bin Mohammed Abu Thnain signed for The National Water Company, while WhiteHelmet CEO Abdullah Muhanna Abal Khil signed for his company.
Abu Thnain said that the MoU aims to improve the process of following up on and monitoring the projects performance remotely using 4G technology. He said that more discussions will be held on the opportunity to cooperate with Whitehelmet, on knowledge transfer in the field of providing, qualifying and training services, and exchanging experience in regard to following up and documenting the implementation of projects.
