Riyadh, January 24, 2023, SPA — The Saudi-Indian Parliamentary Friendship Committee of the Shura Council, chaired by member of the Shura Council and Chairman of the Committee Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Bawardi, held a meeting here today with Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Suhel Ajaz Khan, and a number of officials at the embassy.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of India in various fields, especially parliamentary relations and cooperation between the Shura Council and the Indian Parliament.
The two sides stressed the importance of strengthening relations and parliamentary cooperation between the Shura Council and the Indian Parliament to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries. They also affirmed the need to increase bilateral coordination in various international and regional parliamentary forums.
