Riyadh, January 23, 2023, SPA — The Saudi-Pakistani Parliamentary Friendship Committee of the Shura Council, chaired by Khaled Al-Bawardi, member of the Shura Council and Chairman of the Committee, has held a meeting here with the Pakistani Ambassador to the Kingdom Raja Ali Ejaz.
During the meeting, they reaffirmed the importance of relations between the Kingdom and Pakistan, the historical relationship between the two countries, and the keenness of the two countries’ leadership for continuous communication and permanent coordination in various fields and at various levels.
They also discussed the importance of supporting and strengthening the bilateral parliamentary cooperation between the Saudi Shura Council and the Senate of Pakistan, and the importance of activating the role of the joint parliamentary friendship committees, in a way that enhances the level of cooperation to serve the two brotherly peoples.
