“Our goal is to position Aqaba as a premier global destination for sports activities,” Al-Fayez stated. He added that ASEZA, through its Community Entrepreneurship Commission, integrates youth and athlete empowerment into its strategy to promote local development and elevate sports competitiveness in Aqaba and across Jordan.

He emphasized plans to increase athlete participation, expand the federation’s activities, and bolster its presence in Arab and international competitions.
Al-Moghrabi also highlighted the importance of engaging certified trainers and referees to mentor local talents and enhance their skills.
