Occupied Jerusalem, Dec. 16 (Petra) – Extremist Jewish settlers stormed Monday the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque – Al-Haram Al-Sharif in occupied Jerusalem, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police.
The Islamic Waqf Department in Jerusalem stated in a press release that 227 extremist settlers entered Al-Aqsa Mosque in groups through the Bab al-Maghariba (Moroccan Gate). They carried out suspicious tours within its courtyards and performed provocative Talmudic rituals under heavy protection from the occupation police.
