Beirut, November 9 (Petra) — Israeli warplanes Saturday renewed airstrikes on the city of Baalbek in the Lebanese Bekaa Valley and the neighbouring villages of Qasr Naba, Jamaliyeh and Hadath Baalbek.
A Lebanese security official told Petra’s correspondent in Beirut that “the most severe airstrikes targeted the town of Al-Kaniseh, where ambulances rushed to the area.”
He said, “Israeli warplanes also carried out raids on the southern towns of Rshaf, Adloun, Al-Hawsh Tyre, Burj Rahhal, the outskirts of Kafra, Sarbin, Al-Sama’iyah, Deir Qanun Ras Al-Ain, Batoulieh and Ain Baal.”
