The agreement was inked by minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, Nasser Bourita, and his counterpart from Kazakhstan, Murat Nurtleu, following talks at the United Nations headquarters in New York.
The meeting between Mr. Bourita and Mr. Nurtleu took place on the sidelines of the 79th United Nations General Assembly.
