Services Launches 2nd Phase of Training-for-Employment ProgrammeMuscat, 8
Apr (ONA) — As part of activities of Oman Water Week, Nama Water Services
company launched the second phase of its training-for-employment programme for
national cadres in the water sector.The launch
of the second phase was announced through an agreement signed by Nama Water
Services company, the Authority for Public Services Regulation and the Ministry
of Labour.Qais bin
Saud Al Zakwani, CEO of Nama Water Services company, said that the second phase
of the training-for-employment programme includes 406 employment opportunities,
bringing the total number of both the first and second phases to 885 jobs. The
Omanization rate for permanent contracts reached 84 percent.
