Jordan Concludes Participation in Paris Tourism Exhibition, Showcases Diverse Attractions

Amman, Sep. 28 (Petra) – Jordan wrapped up its participation in the 2025 Top Resa International Tourism Exhibition in Paris, underscoring its efforts to strengthen the Kingdom’s presence in key global markets and enhance its tourism sector’s competitiveness.

The Jordan Tourism Board said in a statement on Sunday that the Kingdom’s pavilion featured the Jordanian Ambassador to France, 16 travel and tourism operators, Royal Jordanian, and the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority. The exhibition included a series of high-level meetings that generated strong prospects for increasing French and European visitors to the Kingdom.

Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Imad Hijazin said Jordan’s participation in Top Resa is aligned with the national strategy to ensure a robust presence at major international exhibitions, showcase Jordan’s diverse destinations, from archaeological landmarks and heritage sites to modern and eco-tourism projects. He stressed that such participation supports national economic growth and creates employment opportunities by attracting more visitors.

Director General of the Jordan Tourism Board Abdul Razzaq Arabiyat underscored the stability and safety of Jordan as a destination and the richness of its tourism product, noting that despite global challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic, the Kingdom continues to position itself as a top-tier regional and international tourism hub.

On the sidelines of the exhibition, Jordanian officials and tourism experts participated in workshops and seminars addressing global trends and challenges in the industry, enabling the exchange of knowledge and expertise.

The Kingdom’s participation concluded with strong positive feedback from attendees and stakeholders, reinforcing Jordan’s visibility on the global tourism map and strengthening ties with French and European markets.
