Amman, October 7 (Petra) -Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC), Lara Mohammad Saeed Khatib, on Tuesday took the legal oath of office before Prime Minister Dr. Jaafar Hassan, following the issuance of the Cabinet decision appointing her.
The oath is made in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of the Telecommunications Law No. 13 of 1995 and its amendments in force.
Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Sami Smeirat, and Minister of State for Prime Ministry Affairs, Abdul Latif Najdawi, attended the swearing-in ceremony.
