Amman, Oct. 19 (Petra) – The Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (HCD) announced its plans to provide an electronic device designed to tracking movement of children and other adults with disabilities, especially groups with intellectual disabilities and deaf children.
In a statement on Sunday, the council said the system aims to help families monitor their children’s movement and facilitate search and rescue operations in emergency situations.
The council called on families wishing to obtain the monitoring system and receive training on its use to fill out the online application via the link below, in preparation for identifying the number of beneficiaries according to eligibility and priority criteria.
