Amman, Oct. 20 (Petra) – The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship has secured first place among ministries in the 2024–2025 National Integrity Index, the results of which were announced Monday by the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission.

Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Sami Smeirat said in a statement that leading the national index represents a national achievement that reflects the ministry’s commitment to strengthening integrity and transparency across institutional operations.

He added that the recognition is the result of collective efforts by the ministry’s teams, which have worked to embed principles of good governance across all areas of performance from national project planning to the development of digital services for citizens.

Smeirat noted that the achievement aligns with His Majesty King Abdullah II’s directives to entrench a culture of integrity as one of the pillars of comprehensive modernization and with the Economic Modernization Vision and the Public Sector Modernization Roadmap.

For her part, the ministry’s Secretary-General Samira Al-Zoubi expressed pride in the achievement, describing it as a reflection of an institutional culture grounded in values, responsibility, and national commitment.
