Amman, Nov.16 (Petra) – The University of Jordan Hospital (UJH) has secured healthcare accreditation for the 7th consecutive time after meeting the primary and secondary standards in patient care, education and training fields and ensuring a “safe” working environment and facility safety.
This milestone aligns with the hospital’s approach of “continuously” enhancing and developing national quality standards to guarantee provision of “high-quality” medical services.
In a statement issued Sunday, the UJH’s Director General, Dr. Nader Bsoul, greeted all staff members on this achievement, which adds to a series of national and international accreditations and accomplishments in the “quality” field.
Noting teamwork and staff commitment played a “pivotal” role in achieving this recognition, he affirmed the hospital’s “commitment” to engaging in initiatives and projects that promote a culture of institutional quality at both the local and global levels.
Bsoul noted this accreditation reflects the hospital’s status as “one of the leading health institutions in Jordan,” and confirms the ongoing efforts to improve the health services provided to patients, in accordance with national policies aimed at developing the Kingdom’s health sector.
