Amman, November 22 (Petra) – The death toll from a series of Israeli airstrikes on several areas in the Gaza Strip on Saturday has risen to 17, with dozens more wounded.
Palestinian sources reported that five Palestinians were killed and several others wounded when Israeli warplanes targeted a car near the Abbas intersection in the Rimal neighbourhood, west of Gaza City.
Four Palestinians were killed and several injured after an apartment building near Lababidi Street in the Nasr neighbourhood, also in western Gaza City, was bombed by Israeli aircraft.
In Deir al-Balah, four Palestinians were killed when an airstrike targeted a house opposite the Bilal bin Rabah Mosque in the Salam area.
Three additional people were killed and several wounded when Israeli warplanes struck a house in Nuseirat, in the central Gaza Strip.
A child was killed and 16 others were wounded when Israeli forces targeted a house in Camp 2 in Nuseirat, in the central part of the Strip.
