Amman, Jan. 25 (Petra) — Minister of Water and Irrigation Raed Abu Saud met Sunday with Jacob McGee, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State at the US Department of State, to discuss Jordan’s water challenges and ongoing efforts to secure supplies through sustainable projects.
According to a ministry statement, Abu Saud outlined key measures undertaken by the water sector to address scarcity and ensure reliable water provision.
The minister also expressed Jordan’s appreciation for the continued support of the United States government and people in helping the Kingdom confront challenges, particularly in the water sector.
