Amman, Feb 2 (Petra) – The Public Security Directorate (PSD) spokesperson reported that the Karak Police Directorate received a report on Monday evening about the discovery of a collection of human bones inside a cave in the Al-Husseiniya area of Karak Governorate.
The spokesperson added that authorities immediately moved to the site, notified the public prosecutor, and summoned a forensic doctor, who examined the bones and confirmed that they were human and had been there for a long period. The bones were secured and transferred to the National Center for Forensic Medicine, and an investigation into the incident has been opened.
