Amman, Feb. 3 (Petra) – The Board of Directors of Jordan Exports (JE) has appointed Amina Merei as the company’s CEO, effective February 1.
In a statement issued Tuesday, the company indicated that the move reflects its “commitment” to strengthen its institutional performance, develop its programs and services, and support “competitiveness” of Jordanian exports in regional and global markets, in line with national objectives and the Kingdom’s economic priorities.
The House, which is a public-private partnership, aims to coordinate national exporting activities and serves as the comprehensive umbrella for advancing and promoting exports in Jordan.
