Cairo, Feb 7 (Petra) – President of the Arab Parliament Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Yamahi congratulated Jordan’s leadership, government, parliament, and people on the 27th anniversary of Loyalty and Allegiance Day, which marks the anniversary of the passing of the late King Hussein bin Talal and the pledge of allegiance to His Majesty King Abdullah II.

Al-Yamahi said the occasion represents an important national milestone to recall the great legacy and distinguished journey of King Hussein bin Talal and his continuous efforts and tireless dedication in consolidating the foundations of progress and stability in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and building a solid renaissance based on strong foundations.

He also praised the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan’s continued path of construction, development, and progress in all fields under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II, as well as efforts to strengthen the Kingdom’s position at the Arab, regional, and international levels, and the King’s tireless endeavors in serving Arab causes and supporting security and stability in the region.
