Amman, Feb 17 (Petra) – Speaker of the Lower House of Parliament Mazen Al-Qadi, on his own behalf and on behalf of the members of parliament, extended heartfelt congratulations to His Majesty King Abdullah II and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II on the start of the holy month of Ramadan.
In his greeting, Al-Qadi said, “We ask God to bring this month back upon the people of our dear Jordan and the Arab and Islamic nations with goodness, blessings, and prosperity.”
He emphasized that this virtuous occasion embodies the values of mercy and solidarity, inspiring reflection on the principles of patience, diligence, and giving, and reinforcing the ongoing journey of reform and development.
