Jordan Strongly Condemns Iranian Attacks on Kuwaiti Vital Facilities and Civilian Infrastructure

AMMAN, August 1 (Petra) — Jordan has strongly condemned the Iranian
attacks targeting the State of Kuwait, which struck several vital
installations, including a government facility in the northern part
of the country and civilian vehicles belonging to a private company
on Bubiyan Island using unmanned aerial vehicles.

In an official statement released on Saturday, the Ministry of
Foreign and Expatriates Affairs denounced the assaults as a blatant
violation of Kuwaiti sovereignty, a direct threat to its security,
stability, and territorial integrity, and a dangerous escalation that
breaches international law and the United Nations Charter.

The Ministry reaffirmed Jordan’s absolute solidarity with the State
of Kuwait, emphasizing the Kingdom’s unwavering support for all
measures taken by the Arab Gulf nation to safeguard its sovereignty,
security, and the safety of its citizens and residents.
