Friendship ShotGun Championship Kicks Off
Muscat, 28 Jan 2026 (ONA) — The 4th
Omani-Italian Friendship ShotGun Championship, hosted by the Command of the
Sultan’s Armed Forces, kicked off today at the international marksmanship unit
in Ghala. The championship will run from 28 to 31 January 2026.
The first day of the championship included
training sessions to promote integration between the participating marksmen
from the Omani and Italian shooting associations.
The championship will also include
individual skeet and trap shooting competitions, a mixed skeet competition and
a mixed trap shooting competition. These events will be held on the final day of the championship.
