Amman, Oct. 6 (Petra) — Minister of Agriculture Saeb Khreisat on Monday welcomed Hungarian Ambassador to Jordan Peter Jakab to discuss prospects of closer cooperation in the farming sector.
The minister stressed the deep-rooted ties between the two countries, and called for boosting agricultural trade, stressing the importance of partnership to address challenges facing the sector.
The ambassador praised the ministry’s efforts amid scarce resource, and affirmed his country’s keenness to enhance cooperation and trade with the Kingdom.
