Amman, May 13 (Petra) – Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on Tuesday announced Azerbaijan has offered fully funded scholarships for “exceptional” Jordanian female students to pursue Master’s and PhD studies at Khazar University for the 2025–2026 academic year.
According to a ministry statement, the scholarships cover full tuition and registration fees, provide free on-campus housing, and include travel expenses.

Announcing application deadline is June 1, the ministry noted selection will be based on merit, academic excellence, and talent, reminding applicants to comply with the 2023 guidelines for the equivalency of non-Jordanian academic certificates.
