Amman, Feb. 9 (Petra) – The 2024 annual report highlighted key developments in the 2023-2025 executive program of the Economic Modernization Vision (EMV), particularly within the data management and development sector under the leadership and innovation engine.
A major milestone was the upload of 19 international indicators on Jordan’s dedicated page in the IPI Global Observatory.
The report classified these indicators into three categories: three directly linked to the goals of the Economic Modernization Vision, twelve aligned with the priorities of the executive program, and four external indicators with indirect relevance to the modernization strategy.
Additionally, the observatory’s analytical tools were fully integrated, including analysis, benchmarking, correlation, simulation, improvement, and policy recommendation tools for international indicators within the program.
A training workshop, conducted in collaboration with the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), engaged around 80 representatives from 36 ministries and government institutions responsible for monitoring international indicators. Participants were introduced to the observatory and trained in utilizing its analytical tools.
The report also confirmed the completion of a diagnostic report tool covering 15 targeted international indicators, including 11 within the executive program and four additional indicators deemed crucial for Jordan’s economic growth and development.
