Gaza, Jan. 5 (Petra) — Israeli forces carried out five massacres against civilians in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours, leaving 88 people dead and injuring 208, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health.
The ministry’s daily report on Sunday highlighted the ongoing challenges facing Gazans, noting that many victims remained under the rubble or are on roads and inaccessible by ambulances in the midst of the aggression, now in its 457th day.
The latest casualties took to 45,805 the death toll from the Israeli war since October 7, 2023, and the number of injured rose to 109,064.
