
Amman, Sept. 29 (Petra) — Minister of Investment Tareq Abu Ghazaleh met on Monday with Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Jordan Timur Urazaev, where both sides discussed concrete steps to expand cooperation in trade and investment.
Abu Ghazaleh described the royal visit as a “turning point” in bilateral relations, opening new horizons for strategic collaboration. He stressed that Jordan is committed to broadening investment partnerships, attracting Kazakh capital, and creating joint ventures in high-potential sectors.
“The Kingdom is determined to strengthen its business environment and provide investors with the facilitation and guarantees they need,” Abu Ghazaleh said, inviting Kazakh businesses to explore opportunities in energy, agriculture, logistics, and technology.
Ambassador Urazaev, for his part, underlined his country’s readiness to activate the agreements reached during the royal visit and to expand cooperation across priority sectors, describing Jordan as a key partner in the region.
Both sides agreed that accelerating joint projects and intensifying private-sector engagement will be essential to turning political will into economic reality.
