16 Dec 2025 (ONA) — The MSX 30 Index concluded today’s session at 5,928.25
points, dropping 57.4 points, or 0.96 percent, compared to the previous close
of 5,985.66 points.
The
total trading value reached RO 38,213,493, reflecting a drop of 27.1 percent
from the previous session’s value of RO 52,438,359.
A
report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange indicated that the total market
capitalization decreased by 0.487 percent from the last trading day, reaching
approximately RO 32.13 billion.
The
purchase value by non-Omani investors amounted to RO 3,041,000, representing 7.96
percent of the total trading value. Their sales value stood at RO 2,791,000,
accounting for 7.30 percent. As a result, the net investment by non-Omani
investors rose by RO 250,000, an increase of 0.65 percent.
