MSX Gains 25 Points
Muscat, 18 May (ONA) —
Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today gained (25.8) points,
comprising a rise by (0.58%) to close at (4436.01) points, compared to the last
session, which stood at (4410.22) points.
The trading value today stood
at (RO 5,130,271) comprising a drop by (8.3%), compared to the last session,
which stood at (RO 5,595,853).
The report released by MSX
pointed out that the market value went up by (0.240%) to reach about (RO 27.73)
billion.
The report added that the
value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached (RO 889,000), comprising
(17.33%). The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached (RO 510,000),
comprising (9.94%). The net non-Omani investment increased by (7.39%) to (RO 379,000).
