Amman, Sept. 30 (Petra) – Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Jaafar Hassan on Tuesday received Uzbekistan’s Defense Minister Major General Shukhrat Kholmukhamedov at the Prime Ministry.
The meeting underscored the depth of relations between the two countries and their mutual commitment to further developing ties across various fields, building on talks held last month between His Majesty King Abdullah II and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, during which the two leaders oversaw the signing of several bilateral cooperation agreements.
Discussions also addressed ways to strengthen cooperation, exchange expertise, and expand training in defense fields.
