Ajloun, August 20 (Petra) – The first days of Ajloun Cable Car Summer Festival “SummerRic” 2025 witnessed a “large” turnout of visitors and vacationers from various governorates nationwide.

The new edition came amid a unique atmosphere that combined picturesque nature with diverse artistic and recreational activities.

In a press statement on Wednesday, Director of Ajloun Development Zone, Tariq Maaytah, said events witnessed a vast” public turnout, as the audience interacted with artistic and musical performances by a number of Jordanian artists.

Maaytah also referred to entertainment performances dedicated to children and families, which created an atmosphere of joy and happiness at the cable car site.

Maaytah added that the “remarkable” success achieved in the first days reflects visitors’ confidence in the quality of the events and organization.

The festival, he noted, continues to offer “new and diverse” performances that meet aspirations of families and youth and highlight Ajloun as a “distinguished” tourist destination on the national travel map.

On its goals, SummerRic falls within the Jordan Free and Development Zones Group (JFDZ)’s vision to boost domestic tourism and promote the Ajloun cable car project as one of the key tourist projects in the Kingdom’s northern region.
