convene an emergency session tomorrow, Monday, to deliberate on the political
and legal repercussions of developments concerning the unity and territorial
integrity of the Federal Republic of Somalia. This meeting follows a formal urgent
request submitted by the Somali Federal Government.
The
session will be held at the UN Headquarters in New York, drawing significant
