Amman, January 23 (Petra) – Her Royal Highness Princess Alia Tawfiq Tabbaa, Chairperson of the Zaha Cultural Center, inaugurated the Zaha Shop on Thursday.
Accompanied by Rania Subaih, Executive Director of the Zaha Cultural Center, Princess Alia toured the shop, which showcases the diverse products of the Artistic Creativity Academy. The Academy focuses on developing the skills of children, youth, and women in handicrafts, thereby preserving Jordan’s rich cultural and popular heritage.
Princess Alia also observed a drawing (mandala) workshop, engaging with the young participants enrolled in the center’s courses.
Rania Subaih emphasized that these initiatives bridge the past with the present, providing a nurturing environment for all age groups to engage in creative expression and produce authentically Jordanian products. These endeavors, she added, contribute significantly to advancing artistic, formative, and intellectual development.
