
He added that important meetings are scheduled in the near future, with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia hosting a meeting, followed by an Arab summit in Cairo on the 27th of this month, aiming to exchange views, unify visions, and coordinate positions in a way that serves the Palestinian cause and enhances security and stability in the region.
Regarding the Jordanian economy, Momani reaffirmed that the national economy is strong and resilient, capable of adapting to global challenges. He pointed out that the assistance provided to Jordan by the international community helps alleviate the burdens of hosting refugees, which the Kingdom bears on behalf of the international community.
Regarding attempts to incite division that aim to undermine national unity, Al-Momani explained that such practices contradict the established national values, principles, and constants and are at odds with the directions adopted by the Hashemite leadership. Our national unity and its preservation are part of Jordan’s national security, and it is everyone’s duty to protect and defend it.
He stressed the rejection of any form of undermining national unity, especially in the digital space, emphasizing the need to enhance societal cohesion and maintain civil peace.
He affirmed that Jordan is moving forward in its journey of economic, political, and administrative modernization, aiming to enhance growth and improve citizens’ livelihoods.
He pointed out that administrative modernization is witnessing significant progress, with numerous measures being taken to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government performance.
He confirmed that the government is currently conducting a public discussion to update the Local Administration Law and governorate councils and to enhance political participation in decision-making.
Regarding the government’s relationship with the Lower House, Momani underlined the government’s commitment to the Constitution, which governs the relationship between the two parties to promote positive cooperation, noting Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan’s directives to enhance positive communication with the Lower House.
He explained that the government is keen on building an interactive and positive relationship with the Lower House of Parliament, serving the national interest, and enhancing cooperation in enacting legislation and implementing government plans and programs.
He reaffirmed that the government is working on developing the media sector to enhance the role of media institutions within the framework of digital transformation, pointing out the readiness to implement a plan aimed at assisting media institutions in developing their technologies and improving the quality of digital production.
