Paris and London are proposing a one-month truce in Ukraine, covering

In statements following a special summit on Ukraine in London,
Macron added that the deployment of any European peacekeeping forces
in Ukraine would take place in later stages and would not happen in
the coming weeks.
He also suggested that European countries should increase their
defense spending to between 3% and 3.5% of their total GDP, in
response to shifting US policies under US President Donald Trump.
