Amman, May 18 (Petra) – The Cabinet on Saturday accepted the resignation of Nayef Fayez from his position as Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA), appointing Shadi Majali as his successor.
The Cabinet also approved the transfer of Yasser Nsour, Executive Director of the Technical Support and Advisory Department at the Service and Public Administration Commission (SPAC), to serve as its Secretary-General. The move follows a recent amendment to SPAC’s bylaws that abolished the position of executive director. The board previously included four executive directors with the rank of secretary-general; the updated structure now limits the commission to a single secretary-general post.
