Amman, May 19 (Petra) – The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced Monday the launch of a new bilingual digital platform, “Tameiyuz (Excellence)– You Are Jordan’s Ambassadors,” to promote Jordanian higher education institutions internationally through highlighting distinguished international graduates.

Secretary General of the Ministry and Chair of the International Student Attraction Committee, Mamoun Debi’e, said the platform reflects the Ministry’s commitment to showcasing the excellence of Jordanian universities and their global alumni. He noted that the initiative supports the Ministry’s broader goal of elevating the international image of Jordan’s academic institutions.

The platform will collect detailed data on outstanding international (non-Jordanian) graduates from the Kingdom’s institutions since 1962. It will serve both as a promotional tool for Jordanian universities and a guidance resource for prospective international students, who will be able to view success stories of alumni from their intended fields of study or universities via the unified electronic admissions system.

Eligible participants must be non-Jordanian graduates holding a diploma, bachelor’s, higher diploma, master’s, or doctoral degree from a Jordanian higher education institution, and their distinction must be demonstrated in areas such as leadership, innovation, science, environment, health, education, society, training, tourism, culture, art, or sports not solely academic performance.

Applicants must provide documented proof of their achievements and consent to the Ministry using their data for promotional purposes on the platform.

The Ministry will coordinate with the Ministry of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs to circulate the platform to Jordanian embassies and missions worldwide, encouraging its promotion and engagement. The platform is accessible at [https://tamayyoz.mohe.gov.jo].
