Cairo, May 26 (Petra) – Jordan’s ambassador to Egypt, Amjad Adaileh, received presidential secretary Mohamed Atef at the Jordanian Embassy on Monday, who conveyed the congratulations of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on the occasion of Jordan’s 79th Independence Day.
Atef delivered President El-Sisi’s greetings to His Majesty King Abdullah II and the Jordanian people, expressing wishes for continued progress and prosperity under the King’s leadership and ongoing modernization drive.
Ambassador Adaileh, joined by the embassy’s military attaché and staff, expressed deep appreciation for the president’s kind gesture, which he said reflects the strong and enduring brotherly ties between Jordan and Egypt at both the official and popular levels.
He affirmed Jordan’s commitment to its exceptional relationship with Egypt, noting that His Majesty the King has consistently directed Jordanian officials to strengthen cooperation and coordination with Egypt across all sectors.
