10 Jun (ONA) — The Israeli entity renewed its attacks and targeting of
villages and towns in southern Lebanon.The
Lebanese National News Agency reported that an Israeli drone targeted Janam
area of Shebaa town, killing two people and wounding another.The
Israeli occupation continues to violate the ceasefire agreement announced on 27
November 2024, through repeated air and ground incursions and violations in
southern Lebanon and the border areas. This happens despite the agreement
stipulating the occupation’s withdrawal from the villages and towns it had
invaded within 60 days. Israeli forces remain stationed in more than 30
Lebanese villages and towns.These
violations come amid growing international calls to pressure the Israeli
occupation to abide by the terms of the agreement, stabilize the situation in
southern Lebanon, and protect civilians from further attacks.
