Amman, June 11 (Petra) – Minister of Transport Wissam Tahtamouni on Wednesday met with Palestinian Minister of Transport Tariq Zourob to discuss ways to enhance joint cooperation in various transportation sectors between the two countries.
During the meeting, Tahtamouni reaffirmed the depth of Jordanian-Palestinian relations and underscored the Ministry’s commitment to expanding cooperation and exchanging technical expertise.
For his part, Zourob expressed pride in the longstanding ties between Jordan and Palestine, emphasizing the strategic significance of continued coordination in the transport sector. He stressed that enhancing connectivity and facilitating the movement of passengers and goods are key to stimulating economic activity and achieving sustainable development.
