Amman, June 18 (Petra) – The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has introduced a new mechanism aimed at facilitating communication with tourists impacted by exceptional travel circumstances, such as flight delays or cancellations, in light of ongoing regional developments. The initiative is part of the kingdom’s efforts to ensure the safety and comfort of its visitors.
In a statement issued Wednesday, the ministry said the system allows visitors to directly contact the ministry to communicate their needs whether they relate to rescheduling or canceling travel plans, requesting logistical support, or reporting emergencies during their stay in Jordan.
The ministry emphasized that Jordan continues to enjoy a high level of safety and stability, with all tourist sites across the country operating as normal. The new mechanism, it added, underscores Jordan’s commitment to supporting its guests and ensuring their well-being.
Tourists affected by current developments and seeking assistance are encouraged to contact the ministry via the following link: https://forms.gle/79wmN8G5f9qVGUis6. The ministry confirmed that its teams, in coordination with relevant partners, are fully prepared to offer around-the-clock support and coordination.
