Amman, June 22 (Petra) The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) voiced deep concern over the targeting of nuclear facilities in Iran, warning that such actions mark a dangerous escalation that could further intensify tensions and threaten peace and stability across the region.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, the OIC strongly condemned the violation of the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran and denounced the breach of international laws and conventions.
The organization urged all parties to avoid further escalation, exercise restraint, de-escalate the situation, and return to calm dialogue and peaceful negotiations as a means of safeguarding regional and international security and stability.
