Amman, June 23 (Petra) – Iraq’s Ministry of Transport announced on Monday the closure of the country’s airspace, including the southern region, in the wake of Iranian strike targeting Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.
Ministry spokesperson Maytham Safi told the Iraqi News Agency that “Iraq’s airspace has been closed to all air traffic, including over the southern region.”
